Regal Apartments does not have a 24 hour reception. Our reception is manned during the following times:

MON-FRI 8:30 AM TO 17:00 PM
SAT & SUN 8.30 AM TO 12.30 PM
PUBLIC HOLIDAYS 8.30 AM TO 12:30 PM

Car Parking: If you wish to have access to a car bay a fee of $22 per day is payable. Please inform reception prior to check in so that payment can be made and access to car park arranged. Secondary vehicles and guests must park off site. Vehicles cannot remain on the premises after checkout. Please note that the second level car park has a tight turning circle so if you have a large car, please park on the ground floor. Regal Apartments is not responsible for any damage or break-ins as owners are to park at their own risk. A $250 fine is imposed for vehicles parked without a valid permit

Guest Amenities: Basic amenities are supplied on arrival this includes tea, coffee, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. These items are replenished weekly; additional items can be acquired from reception.

Internet: A cord is located in the bottom draw of the kitchen; simply plug this into the modem located by the phone and open internet explorer. We also have wireless routers available in each apartment.

Phone Calls: To dial another apartment dial 1 and then the apartment number, eg. Apartment 40 – 140 and Apartment 4 104. To call your apartment directly from an outside line dial 08 9219 21 ( then your apartment number). Please note that only local numbers can be called from the in room phone. Please note the extension for Apt 44 is 149.

Public Transport: The Yellow Cat Bus is a FREE Transperth Service that runs into the city centre. The closest stop is located on Royal Street, to go to the city cross the road to stop number 4. Maps are located in the main entrance foyer.

Restaurants: There are a variety of restaurants within walking distance. Along Royal Street and in Claisebrook Cove you will find a variety of restaurants from Italian and Vietnamese to Subway, Dominos and Pasta Cup.

Rubbish Bins: The rubbish bin in each apartment is located either behind the laundry door or in a draw in the cupboard to the right of the kitchen sink. The main bin area is located in the alley past the car park exit gate; this can also be accessed by heading right when exiting the main foyer.

Services: Complimentary services are provided weekly for guests staying 7+ nights, if you would like additional cleans fees apply please contact reception to arrange.

Supermarket: The IGA Supermarket is located next to Antico Caffe. It is open daily from 7am – 9pm.

Laundry Powder: Washing Powder can be purchased for $2.00 at reception.
